Suites Owners International Travel Club Regional Event
SOITC organizes several events across the continent and throughout the year. All Elite, Mobile or Select suites owners are welcome and encouraged to attend the outings.

WHEN:
Feb 10, 2010 (planned arrival), 5 nights on RV site, Feb 15, 2010 (Departure) (please note an extra night was added because if the major planned "Fireworks display" is cancelled due to weather restrictions then the planned event occurs the next night).
SUMMARY:
The Havasu RV Resort is a beautiful, clean, and a secure park for the rally. We will have use of all the facilities and you can review their information at website: www.havasurvresort.com upon your arrival at the park you will be assisted (guided) to you RV site. Registration will occur upon your arrival and you will receive a detailed "Welcome" packet containing the Event schedule, Visitor Center information, Prized tickets and other data that is being gathered as we speak. Not last but very important this rally event and all the details associated with making this a successful rally is do to the efforts of Bob Jobe, Sunshine RV owner and his dedicated staff who have all jumped in to support this activity.
WHERE:
Havasu RV Resort, 1905 Victoria Farms Road, Lake Havasu City, AZ 86404. (Located in Mohave County) ( We have been requested that we only contact Ms. Michelle Dawson, cell # 928-208-9461, to arrange any early arrivals or late departures for attending SOITC members travel needs) We currently have reserved 30 RV sites, with full hookups, 50 Amp service. Once we have filled the 30 sites we have a agreement with the Resort that if additional sites are available they can be used for rally attendees also. We will know by Feb 1, 201 how many additional RV spaces may be forth coming and if we have a waiting list you will be personally contacted buy phone for confirmation of your attendance. Currently their are 17 RV sites taken and we have two (2) drive ups
COST:
Please read the following information very carefully because depending on which category you fall in, that will determine your registration costs / fees you will need to remit.
- All registration payments are to be made out to "Sunshine RV' and noted with "Lake Havasu SOITC Rally" Their mailing address is Sunshine RV, Attn.: Bob Jobe, 2995 Maricopa Ave., Lake Havasu City, AZ 86406 (Please mark lower right corner of envelope with "SOITC Rally 2010"
- Here is the following payment (registration) categories, they are:

$ 305 (50 dollars) goes to 2 - year SOITC membership dues |
| SOITC club member, two people (drive up and no RV rig) |
$ 50 - for specific meals and or events |

$ 100 - $50 is for 2 year membership dues |
| All (e-mail addressees) have already registered, made a deposit of $ 75 (Which has been processed as our group deposit) through Sunshine RV dealership on Nov 5, 2009. Your rally registration fee due is $185 which accounts for your deposits that have now been formally processed. |
- All registration fees are to be made payable to Sunshine RV and have to be made by Jan 15, 2010.
- Rally registration form (PDF 35kb) will be coordinated with our Club IT point of contact for posting within our Calendar & Events topic line Suites owners can print off and mail to the address listed on said form.
RALLY PLANNED EVENTS & SCHEDULE
- Feb 10, 2010 - Formal Welcome dinner, choice of Beef, Chicken or Fish meal with house salad, baked potato, vegetable, dessert and drink. A pay as you go bar will be available for other drink choices. I need a e-mail response from all attendees as to which of the three main choices presented (Beef, Chicken, or Fish) you desire to have served to you.
- Feb. 11, 2010 - An optional Bus trip, to Laughlin NV (travel time 1 hour 15 minutes one way), will be held and departs the park at 8:30 AM. The Bus returns to the park not later than 5:00 PM. This trip is part of the registration fee when your are registered for this rally. Food (Lunch) coupons will also be provided for your usage on the day of the trip. This day can also be a Free day, enjoy the sights and location around the Lake Havasu geographical area and all meals are on your own. Optional Fireworks display for viewing every night at Sara Park, major final is Saturday night at the same location **
- Feb 12, 2010 - Lunch at Sunshine RV, raffle drawings, maintenance seminar, 50/50 drawing opportunities, and a silent auction. Optional social hour and the Jobe residence (BYOB) about 5:30 PM
- Feb 13, 2010 - 10 AM to 12 PM (noon) results of silent auction bidding, 50 - 50 drawing, raffle prize awards ##. At approximately 3:00 PM we will depart for securing a group viewing location at Sara Park. The Fireworks organizers will be presenting a multi hour (live) fireworks demonstration from pyrotechnics manufacturers that have gathered from around the world for this major annual display event.
** Sunshine RV will have service technicians available from 9 AM to 12 PM (noon) every day of the rally to address DRV maintenance and operational issue at no charge to the attendees. If parts are purchased from Sunshine RV, that are not covered within a warranty service program, the will be a 15% discount on those purchased parts for Suites owners only.
## Please be aware that all monies collected from raffle sells, silent auctions, and the 50 - 50 will be combined with Lake Havasu business sponsors financial donations and presented to the area Lake Havasu Battered Women's non-profit organization to support mission directly aiding those activities.
