SOITC organizes several events across the continent and throughout the year. All Link to DRV Elite, Mobile or Select suites owners are welcome and encouraged to attend the outings.

This years rally will again have a book sale and also for you crafters we will have a craft sale Thursday morning. We have seminars scheduled on the following products and subjects, Wineguard, Carefree, SeaLevel gauge systems, Mor/ryde, how to stay connected while traveling (TV, email and internet), plus many after market and products and supplies. Also seminars on RV tours, after market warranty’s and how to take of your woodwork and fix scratches and nicks.
You will be able to sign up to have your RV washed.

ATTENTION GOLFERS

Our 4th Annual SOITC golf tournament will be held at Eagles Landing in Sevierville, TN, June 9th at 1 PM (free day at the rally).  Eagles Landing is located at the  foot of the Smoky Mountains and has a 4 star ranking by Golf Digest.  You will not be disappointed!  Click the link for the sign-up form ($30 deposit due with entry form).  Sorry but we can not take walk-in’s for this tournament!

Calling all Dutch Oven Enthusiasts — Learn to cook in an Outdoor Dutch Oven!
Bring your favorite main meal or desert recipe and the ingredients.

We will be cooking for any interested folks Sunday June 5, 2011 at our pre-rally gathering.

We will start cooking at 10 AM. Pots will be on the serving table by 1:00 PM.

Don’t have a Dutch Oven? Just bring a dish to share or purchase a 12 inch Dutch Oven from Lodge or Walmart.

  1. First, get set up...
  blue bullet Adobe Reader version 8.2 or greater is required for the online registration form.
Make sure you have the latest (free) version of Adobe Reader installed, prior to using the new form.
Clicking the above link will allow you to download the latest free Adobe Reader software and install.
(Adobe Acrobat Reader software is required)
  blue bullet If you wish to pay online and you do not already have a PayPal account, you will need to go to the PayPal website to sign up. Follow the instructions on the screen to set up your new PayPal account.
Once you have your PayPal Account ID and Password set up, you are ready to fill-in your application and submit it for processing.

Note: If you already have an existing PayPal account, you might login just to make sure you really can login, and all your contact information is still correct.
  2. You're now ready to use the reservation form...
  Lets get started! Open the 2011 Rally Reservation Form (PDF 90kb)
    blue bullet It is a fill-in form. Simply place your cursor on the blank lines and type-in the requested information.
    blue bullet Note you can select the "Pay in full" or "Partial payment" selection:
- Pay in full selection will automatically calculate the total due!
- Partial payment selection will allow any deposit entry above the minimum.
    blue bullet After completing the form, you can print a copy of the form for your records.
    blue bullet Click on the "Submit" button — found at the TOP of the form (even when paying by check).
Once you click the "Submit" button:
- It will automatically provide an opportunity to save a local copy of the form to your PC files.
- You will be asked to confirm the information.
- You will be given opportunity to pay your deposit online using PayPal or by check.
  3. Complete your deposit or full payment...

- Follow the PayPal prompts for your Account ID and Password, and complete the payment!
- You will receive an email payment confirmation from PayPal — for your payment to SOITC.
- Print a copy for your records.

Vendor spaces are available for the SOITC 2011 Rally at River Plantation RV Park in Sevierville, TN. Single vendor spaces measure 10 ft x 12 ft. and will be available for setup beginning June 6, 2011.

  • The basic cost is $150 per space. The vendor is responsible for all costs of their RV site (SOITC will reserve the site and bill the vendor), providing their own meals and setting up and operating their booth.
  • For an additional $100 per person, you may join with club members in the catered meals at the Rally.

To apply for a vendor space, fill out the Sponsors/Vendors Application Form (PDF 572kb) and either submit it online or print and mail it.

  • Don’t include payment with the application—arrangements will be made for the fee once your application has been received and approved. In completing the form, please provide the business contact information at the top including the best phone number and time to reach you.
  • Vendors will be contacted to finalize details of the agreement with the club.
  • Whether mailing the form or submitting it online, be sure to sign at the bottom. If submitting the form online, “sign” by typing your name and title in the signature spaces.

Vendor fees may be paid in cash (by check) or in items or services suitable for inclusion in the Rally Raffle with a total value equal to or greater than the required fees. Rally officials will be the final judge of an item’s value. Raffle items must be delivered to the rally venue before noon of Rally Registration day. Cash payments are due the 1st of the month prior to the Rally.
