SOITC organizes several events across the continent and throughout the year. All Elite, Mobile or Select suites owners are welcome and encouraged to attend the outings.

SUMMARY:
The 2012 Eastern Rally will be at Creekwood Farm RV Park in Waynesville, NC arriving September 13, 2012 departing September 16, 2012.
The 2012 rally is being hosted by Bill & Billie Carlyle and Gene & Carole Sansone. They have reserved 25 sites and you can make your reservations directly with the RV Park at 800-862-8110 by telling them that you are with the "SOITC Group".

Reservations must be in by August 10, 2012. After that, the RV Park will release the unreserved sites.
There is lots to do in and around the Waynesville area. They include Asheville, Blue Ridge Parkway, Great Smoky Mountain National Park, the Diamond K Dance Ranch Fri is Bluegrass and Sat in Country and more.
Creekwood Farm RV Park is nestled in the mountains of beautiful, scenic Western North Carolina. It has the privacy yet is only a few miles from the scenic town of Maggie Valley. Creekwood Farm RV Park is 1 mile south of Interstate 40 and only a short drive to
Waynesville, Lake Junaluska, Asheville, and Cherokee North Carolina. This beautiful location is just a few miles from the
Blue Ridge Parkway and encompassed by the Great Smoky Mountains.

COST:
The daily rate is $36.00 and the RV Park allows you to use AAA, Good Sam, Passport America or Military discounts if your stay is less than 7 days. The discount is 50% for Passport America and 10% for all others.
PLANNED EVENTS & SCHEDULE
- Thursday 4pm social. Bring snack to share and drink of your choice
- Supper: Chile by Jim Brey
- Friday morning: Breakfast by Jim Brey
- Lunch on your own Supper: Hamburgers, furnished. Please bring a dish to share
- Saturday morning: Breakfast furnished by the campground
- Lunch on your own
- 5pm Farewell Dinner at a local restaurant
