Default Sleep Number Bed Losing Air

Our king size Sleep Number Bed slowly loses air. It loses air on both sides which leads me to believe it is not a bladder problem. Has anyone experienced this problem? If so, what is the fix?
    Thank you!

Dont know about a fix, but mine loses pressure irregularly--and sometimes gains. As near as I can figure, it seems to be annoyingly sensitive to temp/altitude changes. I really dont think I have a leak problem because it's so inconsistent.

Went to Colorado Springs for the National Suites rally and the Sleep number inflated to 100 lbs. But its does very well in keep the setting. However sometimes we have to add air or deflate. Just like automotive tires weather will change pressures settings. GBY...

Your bed should have come with two white plugs. Get the sleep numbr you want then put on the plugs where the air lines attach to your mattress. If it still loses air its your mattress. If it holds pressure its your pump. If you dont have the plugs call company and they will send you another set, and give you prices to replace defective parts. Good luck.
